* Re-enable gm2, disabled by accident in 10.2.0-1.
* Refresh gm2 patches.
* Apply proposed gdc patch (Iain Buclaw). Closes: #966026.
* Apply proposed patch for PR bootstrap/96203, add -fcf-protection=check.
