Public bug reported:
fast-user-switch-applet doesn't work correctly with enabled desktop
effects. When I'm trying to change user, after clicking on it (on
another user) the blank (white) screen appears and nothing happens.
Howewer, passwork is typeable, so if you will type password "in blind"
white screen dissapears and all will be proceed normally. Time after
time it swithces normally, but most of tries is buggy.
