1) Ubuntu 20.04
2) 3.26.0
3) There should be a "Hardware" tab. It could show hardware info. IRQ
info/conflicts. It could allow a user to enable/disable hardware. It could
display hardware error codes.
4) There is not a "Hardware" tab.
