The xca package in Groovy is in the process of receiving a fix from
Debian (synced 2.3.0-1 to -proposed). Once that migrates to groovy that
will be 'fixed' in Groovy.
SRU issue still applies, though, for Focal - unless this is bundled with
another fix it is unlikely this on its own will be accepted.
