would you be able to attach:
1) efibootmgr -v output (with all of the network entries present? it appears
that there
may be some duplicate entries in the menu; I'd like to confirm that by
examining verbose
output. Specifically Boot0000 -> Boot0003.
Boot0000* EFI Network 1
Boot0001* EFI Network 2
Boot0002* EFI Network 3
Boot0003* EFI Network 4
2) could you attach the deploy log from your successful deployment?
