Please allow adding a local calendar named 'Birthdays from Thunderbird
on My Computer '. This will display read only the birthdays from the
Thunderbird address book(s). Optionally with a link for navigating to
the address book for making changes.
Implementing this feature will allow users to display more 'mozilla'
calendar data in sunbird or lightning.
