After a CPFMTXA or any other method to destroy a Linux DASD formatting a DASD
will be reported as not formatted ("n/f").
Whenever a DASD is being detected as not formatted, the installer should offer
the dasdfmt (with -l cdl -b 4096) and ask for confirmation.
