I would expect, that there is a man page showing usage and parameters
and meaning of arguments all in one place.
snapctl --help isn't helpful either, because it only show a small
subset, not an overview of all available options.

The help message is shown in part in German, even though LC_MESSAGES=C
is set. Same happens with LANG=C.
