Dependency on postfix is not forced. mutt depends on postfix | mail-
transport-agent, if you do not have a package that provides mail-
transport-agent, postfix is installed.
I would reject this bug on mutt and add a bug on msmtp requiring that
this package provides mail-transport-agent.
