This bug is unfortunately invalid as reported. Firstly, it doesn't seem
to be directly related to the yelp package. Secondly the skype package
is not supported by Ubuntu. Thirdly, for audio issues, I'd recommend
you visit https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Sound and try the
troubleshooting techniques described at
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SoundTroubleshooting
