Public bug reported:
Ubuntu MATE 20.10 with arctica-greeter no longer selects username
created during installation during first boot.
Per test case 1300 for Ubuntu MATE, step #20.
"The system boots properly and loads into Ubuntu MATE showing username
selected at step 15"
Expected outcome:
Username created during installation is selected and user can enter
password directly to login.
Actual outcome:
Instead user is required to selected the user they created during the
installation process in order to be able to login.
