That list is from "qemuSecurityGetNested"
qemuSecurityGetNested == virSecurityManagerGetNested

The latter iterates on the list priv->itemsHead which is from the
security manager.
That in turn is from driver->securityManager of
virQEMUDriverGetCapabilities(driver)
