Public bug reported:

I wanted to follow the included tutorial to learn how to use gnucash.
After reaching the first about "Putting it all together", it abruptly
jumped right to the lesson about the "Importing Data into GnuCash".
After corroborating with the web version of the file it appears that the
packaged version is missing at least sections 2.8 and 2.9 ("Accounts"
and "Transactions").
