Steps to reproduce:
1. Switch Caja to List view
2. Make right mouse click on any folder
3. Try to find "Create Document" submenu
Expected result:
* "Create Document" submenu is shown
Actual results:
* "Create Document" submenu is not shown
Note:
1. the "Create Document" submenu is shown normally if clicked on empty space.
2. this functionality exists in Dolphin 20.08.1
