The same day after I have reported this problem, kworker stopped consuming CPU. I am pretty sure it was kworker/5 a problem.
Now I have executed "top" command, typed L and search string kworker and all of the kworker processes are 0 CPU consumption (see attachment). I think this problem "vanished" by itself.
