Public bug reported:
The reason of being in experimental is to not cause delays to other
packages for migrating to testing, as it added a -dbg package and had to
wait in the NEW queue.

* New patch, 02_pygstdir, compute path to gst0.10 module dir at runtime
based on the path of pygst.py (usually, it's a symlink).

As you can see, our patches have been added, .la files aren't shipped anymore,
and the -dbg packages are built now.
