Hello, I know this is an old bug report, but it sounds like it was
resolved (you probably encountered
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mpd/+bug/1763690 ).
If you're still having problems, please copy/paste the error output from
the terminal. Otherwise, you do not need to do anything and this bug
report will expire in 60 days.
