Dave, it looks like upstream is working on this actively (and it is a
duplicate of the bug you pointed out so thank you). The only ways to
really work around it are to either lower the font scale factor or to
keep your large font but just hit enter to print with the print dialog
up. Sorry those aren't ideal but the upstream work is promising. Good
