Public bug reported:
The packages were updated to newer upstream releases to allow building
and releasing google-guest-agent and google-osconfig-agent but the
updates broke other packages showing that as a whole the golang stack is
not ready for release with the new versions.
Google-guest-agent and google-osconfig-agent are now vendoring the
golang build dependencies.
