- Yes, because cloning (e.g. with usb-creator-gtk) is what the
developers say should work.

- On the other hand, no, several users (including me) would like the new
boot configuration to work (in UEFI mode) also when extracted to a FAT32
partition.

So far we have been looking at 'IBM compatible PCs' with Intel and AMD
processors, but you are welcome with an ARM computer too. I think the
bug is the same.
