You have installed some packages (at least libgl1-mesa-dri) from a third
party repository which provides version numbers greater than those in
the official Ubuntu repository and this prevents the upgrade from being
calculated. You'll need to use ppa-purge to remove those packages and
then try the upgrade again.

grep Broken /var/log/dist-upgrade/apt.log my alot of package are
broken so because of that i cant upgrade to 20.04
