Binary package hint: xubuntu-desktop
I have a two-monitor config. I have the screen options set to blank the
screen after a period of idleness.
About 1/2 off the time, when I return to the system, it (a) chooses the
second monitor for the password box, and (b) fails to enable video on
that monitor. So the password box is invisible. I can type my password
and Enter and all is well.
The other 1/2 of the time, the password box locates itself on the first
monitor, and all is well.
