The upgrade failed to calculate because every entry in your
/etc/apt/sources.list file has been commented out. In order for the
upgrae to proceed you'll need to ensure your /etc/apt/sources.list file
contains valid mirrors. One way to do this may be to use the application
software-properties to choose a mirror of the Ubuntu archive near you.
