The setting was reset to default (de)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install device with Ubuntu Focal Fossa
2. Perform first login
3. Add German language support
4. Add German keyboard layout
5. Logout
6. Change keyboard layout to German (de)
7. Login
8. Logout
