Public bug reported:
After enabling the mouse pointer location feature I started having
trouble with keyboard shortcuts that required Ctrl + other chars to be
pressed. This seemed to be particularly bad with any shortcut that was
Ctrl + Shift + key (e.g. Ctrl + Shift + Space in eclipse or Ctrl + Shift
+ t in Chrome or using Ctrl + Shift + Cursor left / right to select text
quickly).
After disabling the feature. All the issues went away.
