A Google search yielded: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1057627/duplicity-fails-with-bad- session-key-error
which basically blamed the error on a gpg upgrade issue. I don't know how to fix that. As an experiment I created a new folder (same HDD, same partition, etc.) to back up to. Backed up using the same passphrase as before, and the backup occurred successfully. However, that does not mean I would be able to recover any of the previous backups. Hope that helps. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1898911 Title: deja-dup fails due to gpg issue To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/deja-dup/+bug/1898911/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
