Was trying to install stuff to run video/install video player, failed,
had to physically kill process. Running Ubuntu 20.04LTS. I'm sorry, I
can't remember all the details, just that nothing worked in terminal and
then I received a notification saying something had failed and I should
do a partial upgrade - which also failed because of this process
running.
