Im surprised that this has not been reported before:
Using GNOME-Flashback under Ubuntu 20.04 it seems impossible to place the icons
on the desktop according to my choice.
Also I can find no way of replacing an icon image (the "picture") with
something of my own choosing.
This was definitely possible in previous versions. The present situation is
most inconvenient.
I dont know whether this is a bug or a display of sub-par judgement in
the part of a maintainer
