Hi,
on my small ASUS EeePC with UBUNTUMate 18.04 I386 I received the advertisement
that can update to 19.04 release.
Unlucky, started the update, I received the message that announce that at the
moment the release 19.04 I386 is not more available.
I think that automatically the system must not propose the update if the proper
release is not available.
