Public bug reported:
It always appears, whether booting from USB or DVD.
I have already downloaded ubuntu-20.04.1-desktop-amd64.iso several times, and
created botable USB (as cdfs) as well as burned the image to DVD.
Unfortunately, the same error every time.
Eventually, the installation ends with the "fatal error" message, and is not
completed.
