This is because you've installed the package kicad-demo from a PPA and
there is no relationship between that package and the kicad-demos
package from the official Ubuntu archive. If there were such a
relationship then the old package would be automatically removed an the
new one would replace it. Regardless, you'll need to sort this out
manually by removing the PPA version of the kicad packages.
