Public bug reported:
On a fresh installation of Ubuntu Groovy inside a VirtualBox 6.1.16 VM,
installed using the latest Groovy ISO and all packages up-to-date, when
the dark theme is chosen for the desktop, the calendar, system
tray/notification area menu and the desktop right-click menu all still
use the light color instead of the expected dark color.
