Super+1 appears in the following test cases:
testcases/packages/Xfce/1571_Xfce4 Keyboard Settings: <dt>Press Super+1</dt>
testcases/image/1309_Install (Screen Reader): <dt>Press Super+1 to begin the
installation. Super is the left windows key</dt>
So either this is doesn't work in desktop environments other than Ubuntu
Mate or Ubuntu Mate needs a new test case.
