Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* d/p/0002-marks-tests-pending.patch: dropped. This patch added a workaround
for a puppet issue that has since been fixed in Ubuntu and upstream.

The patch has now been dropped from Debian as well.
