Public bug reported:

After upgrading to Ubuntu 20.10 there are problems with sa-exim

While upgrading sa-exim would be uninstalled. It seems there is a
conflict somehow with a dependency of exim4-daemon-heavy which makes it
want to uninstall sa-exim

After upgrading I installed sa-exim and exim4-daemon-heavy was removed
and exim4-daemon-light was installed

Looking in the logs I now got an error that sa-exim and localscan wasn't
compatible:

2020-10-31 00:15:13.296 [31577] 1kYdc0-0008DJ-VD local_scan() has an
incompatible majorversion number, you need to recompile your module for this
versionof exim (The module was compiled for version 3.1 and this exim
providesABI version 4.1) 2020-10-31 00:15:13.296 [31577] 1kYdc0-0008DJ-VD

with signal 11 - message temporarily rejected (size 22707)

I hav now stopped using sa-exim as it is not the first time there is
this problem on a new release and it is not an especially popular method
to do spamscanning in the wider exim community
