Sorry if I filed it under the wrong package. I was following the
recommendations on this page for hardware problems:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs
which led me to here:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage#Hardware_Malfunctions
which says: "If a piece of hardware is malfunctioning, typically the problem
package is the kernel."

I don't know which package controls xprop or xkb, but this page from 2012,
which "is potentially out of date as of Intrepid due to input-hotplug":
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKeyboardDetection
says: "Keyboard related bugs should initially be filed against xorg, as bugbot
will switch it to the correct package (ex. xserver-xorg-input-evdev). If the
bug turns out to be a kernel bug or a bug in another package, bug triagers can
assign the bug additionally to that package and mark the
xserver-xorg-input-evdev task as invalid."

Would you like me to change it to xorg, or should I let someone more
knowledgeable than me handle it?
