Public bug reported:
Since upgrading to 20.04 I've been nagged to install some additional
packages (presumably language ones) by a little notification.
Clicking this brings up "QApt Batch Installer" which then just hangs
waiting for authorization.
It's really annoying especially as I can't find out what it is trying to
install
