Well, it doesn't for many others. As I said I compared all the disto-versions
of ubuntu 18.04 and none f them has version or get_all() method.
In your case it seems to be a left over from older systems you upgraded from or
so. Since 18.04 distro-info doesn't have version or get_all() methods and
upgrade scripts are outdated.
