I'm sure that my keyboard works fine with compiz enabled on both screens, but as some other users, in this case, I experience some issues on the first screen like: slow menus, slow restore of windows (unminimize). Just like: http://ohioloco.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=536045, only that my problem is on screen A :) Also: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/149764 ( you already know about this one :) ).
