As far as I can tell the library should normally also generate a
pkgconfig file at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pkgconfig/libwslay.pc, but
it is not included in the dpkg file. This seems to be supported by the
project as well:
https://github.com/tatsuhiro-t/wslay/blob/master/lib/libwslay.pc.in.
