Actually regarding comment #2, your setting:
b'org.gnome.mutter' b'overlay-key' b"''"
shows the Super key is disabled and not expected to work. So that makes
this bug invalid. To get it back, run:
gsettings set org.gnome.mutter overlay-key 'Super_L'
