I've tested this out and it is fixed by https://bugs.launchpad.net
/python-swiftclient/+bug/1712358.
Note that in order for this to work with the admin endpoint it needs to
be updated with a /v1 suffix. By default the charm deployment of ceph-
radosgw is missing the /v1 on the admin endpoint:
