What we see now is that users file a lot of bugs that really do not fit real bugs for example; -questions -opinions -dupes -spam -invalid issues -eol bugs [Wishlist] after using the ubuntu-bug package command make a pop-up GUI window open before the bug package summary with something like: Thank you for filing this bug and make Ubuntu better!
