Public bug reported:

Hello, on Ubuntu 20.10, when installing tpm2-abrmd, launching
tpm2-abrmd.service does not work because /usr/sbin/tpm2-abrmd is linked
to a non-existing library:

$ ldd /usr/sbin/tpm2-abrmd | grep 'not found'
        libtss2-sys.so.0 => not found

$ dpkg -l tpm2-abrmd |tail -n1
ii  tpm2-abrmd     2.3.3-1      amd64        TPM2 Access Broker & Resource
Management Daemon

$ ls -l /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libtss2-sys.so*
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root     20 Sep 24 11:24
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libtss2-sys.so.1 -> libtss2-sys.so.1.0.0
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 133208 Sep 24 11:24
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libtss2-sys.so.1.0.0

It seems that libtss2-sys.so was bumped to libtss2-sys.so.1 (instead of .0) in
libtss2-esys0, but that tpm2-abrmd has not been rebuilt afterwards.
