** Description changed: When I open an epub file in fbreader there is a 50/50 chance it will display every space as a dash and two spaces instead. For example, this sentence: "Mickey was pale and silent." Appears as: "Mickey- was- pale- and- silent.- " If I cut and past the text, it pastes just fine. So it appears to be a problem in the rendering? Other readers view the file just fine. And sometimes I can just close fbreader and then reopen it and it is fine. Other times, I open it over and over and it always displays the symptoms. - Best regards, - John ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 20.04 Package: fbreader 0.12.10dfsg2-4build1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 5.4.0-52.57-generic 5.4.65 Uname: Linux 5.4.0-52-generic x86_64 ApportVersion: 2.20.11-0ubuntu27.10 Architecture: amd64 CasperMD5CheckResult: skip CurrentDesktop: XFCE Date: Sun Nov 8 20:52:23 2020 InstallationDate: Installed on 2019-02-02 (645 days ago) InstallationMedia: Xubuntu 16.04.2 LTS "Xenial Xerus" - Release amd64 (20170215) ProcEnviron: TERM=xterm-256color PATH=(custom, no user) XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=<set> LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: fbreader UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to focal on 2020-10-10 (29 days ago)
