This affects bionic 18.04. We cannot install blueman inside of chroot.
For this bug, debian had already fixed the issue to remove the
unnecessary reload, and released in source version: 2.0.6-1, but blueman
package in bionic 18.04 still stops at version 2.0.5-1ubuntu1.1 and is
not up to date.
We still use Ubuntu 18.04 because it is LTS version and should be
supported until 2023. Please upgrade blueman to 2.0.6-1 for bionic
18.04.
