Okular doesn't show any preview and doesn't print.
20_04 daily updated.
(Deleted all my printers and re-setup thrice, before I noticed the missing
preview.)
Setup printer afresh, and $lpr -P foo file.pdf prints fabulously.
Okay, Preview brings up a red box on top briefly, followed by a brief
'welcome' and then it is just a single small empty page (original had 4
pages).
