which, if one attempts to export photos as a web gallery, it fails.

* Import photos into Darktable, do editing as desired.
* Attempt to export as web gallery
* Failure occurs (either crash, error, non-responsiveness, or fails
without error: i.e. does not actually export)
[Where problems could occur]
* Since this is a patch, it may introduce other issues for darktable,
but this is highly unlikely. Interaction with other applications is also
highly unlikely since there are no changes to any shared libraries.
