Expected outcome:
Mouse over Battery icon in panel and ayatana-indicator-power should
automatically expand to show all details.
If clicking on arrow it should expand to show all details.
Actual outcome:
Mouse over Battery icon in panel and ayatana-indicator-power does not
automatically expand.
If clicking on arrow it does not expand but remains at the same visible size.
