Looking at core_tpg_del_initiator_node_acl()'s source I'm guessing it's
blocking on the wait_for_completion() call - is that where you've
isolated it yourself?

You alluded to other bug reports, did you find one(s) particularly
suggestive of the same problem?

attach it here?

You mentioned that the issue is triggered by zfs dropping off the
network; does the hang resolve when the zfs device regains the network?
Also, do you have a way to reproduce the issue synthetically?  (i.e. by
disabling the network device or similar)
